Return and Refund Policy — ME-FIT

At ME-FIT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your item to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • Be in the original packaging.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please note: Sale items, underwear, and personal use accessories are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

How to Initiate a Return

Please send an email to our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, you will receive shipping instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defects or errors on our part.

Exchanges

We accept size or color exchanges, subject to stock availability. Please contact us before sending the item back.

Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will handle your case as a priority.
